Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026. These terms cover the public founder-reviewed pilot and static sample workspace.

1. Service boundary

RiskDrive AI reviews historical closed-trade records for educational self-governance. It may classify past decisions, show evidence labels, note limitations, and produce review packets. It does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, broker access, account management, or order execution. No broker credentials are requested.

2. Pilot status

The public site is not a mature self-serve SaaS checkout. The first review offer is a founder-reviewed pilot. Paid follow-up review packets, if any, are scoped after the first useful review and are not represented as active subscription billing on this static site.

3. User submissions

You are responsible for removing information you do not want reviewed. Do not submit broker passwords, API keys, private keys, live account credentials, or third-party confidential data that you are not allowed to share.

4. No trading reliance

5. Sample workspace

The sample workspace uses historical demo data and sample receipts. Labels, charts, JSON snippets, and rulebooks shown there are examples of the review format, not live account data and not executable trading instructions.

A valid review packet must keep sample size, confidence, limitations, and the historical-review-only boundary visible.

6. Availability and changes

RiskDrive may change, pause, or withdraw pilot workflows while the product is being tested. Review quality depends on the clarity and completeness of the submitted historical record.
