RiskDrive AI Back to site

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026. This page applies to the public RiskDrive AI closed-trade review pilot.

1. Current product state

RiskDrive AI currently offers a founder-reviewed pilot for historical closed-trade review. The public static site and sample workspace do not provide a live self-serve upload backend, do not connect to broker accounts, and do not execute orders.

2. Information you may send

If you request a review, you may choose to send a screenshot, fill-confirmation photo, CSV export, written rulebook context, and contact details. Do not send broker passwords, API keys, private keys, government identity documents, or live account credentials.

3. How submissions are used

4. What RiskDrive does not do

5. Retention and deletion

Founder-reviewed pilot submissions are retained only as long as needed to prepare the requested review, support the participant relationship, and maintain a minimal audit trail. You may request deletion or export by emailing privacy@riskdriveai.com.

6. Model and processor limits

RiskDrive may use third-party infrastructure and AI processors to extract and review submitted historical records. Submissions are handled for the requested review workflow. RiskDrive will ask before using an identifiable submission in public examples, marketing, or external case studies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data. Contact privacy@riskdriveai.com to exercise those rights.

RiskDrive AI is historical review software for self-governance and education. It is not a broker, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, fund manager, or order execution service.
